Edition 19: President Tinubu and his renewed hope team The Journey So Far

Wednesday, September 6th 2023, brought respite to the Nigerian polity. It was a day most Nigerians, especially the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu heaved a sigh of relief. The President himself acknowledged this much when he said he would now have time to focus on his vision.

It was a day the Presidential Election Tribunal gave its verdict and upheld the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the 16th President and Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria when the five justices of the PEPC unanimously dismissed the petitions of Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP. The litigation had caused a lot of tension in the polity but the courageous President Tinubu had kept his eyes on the ball.

In this edition, Supremacy Magazine brings to the delight of our readers one Nigerian President who never hid his desire and determination to lead the country. He had variously made it clear to whoever that cared, that leading Nigeria is his lifelong ambition. He came prepared and unlike other Nigerian Presidents, he did not pretend that he was forced.
