Edition 4: Post Election

For the past few weeks, my telephone line were inundated with calls from our readers, and even advertises bothering on why they have not seen the Supremacy Magazine on the newsstand after our last publication. While I wish to thank you for your care and concern, I wish to state that I and my team have been doing all within our power to bring you an irresistible package in this current edition. I must say that your calls were flattering to me. They underscore the fact that you love us, and equally appreciate the efforts we have been making to serve you the best in magazine journalism. My pledge is that we will serve you better than ever to make this publication the best of its kind in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Of course one of the biggest events of the year took place in late February and March. First were the Presidential and National Assembly Elections. The epic battle was between the incumbent, President Muhammadu Buhari, who contested on the platform of the All Progressives Party, APC, and his main challenger, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP). Atiku lost in the highly contested election, with the former Vice President heading for court to seek redress. That story is featured in our double-cover edition. We took time to bring to you scintillating report on the other winners and losers of the Gubernatorial Elections. The twin cover deals with the traditional rulers, whose roles as the father of the nation cannot be quantified, and cannot also be ignored. Supremacy Magazine went at length to cover our Royal Fathers, the beacons of Peace in a manner nobody ever did. Our interview with the Norwegian Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency Jens-Petter Kjemprud, is very revealing and will interest you.

We also reached out to the world’s most populous nation and the world’s second biggest economy, the People’s Republic of China, where we took time to x-ray the nation’s ever improving relations with the Federal Republic of Nigeria, It is another mouth-watering report.
